GM Consulting Engineers, LLC is a new generation firm established in 2012. Our firm specializes in providing several disciplines at a single location, allowing us to maintain an ease of organization and communication on all projects and ultimately simplifying the design process for our clients. Our team is here to produce successful results.

The goal of our personnel is to integrate the engineering disciplines into a fully coordinated project resulting in an efficiently functioning, architecturally compatible design. As a new generation firm, we are on the forefront of sustainable design and actively suggest Green Building design approaches whenever possible. Special emphasis is placed on energy conservation and management in the design of heating, air conditioning and electrical systems. Compliance with energy codes is achieved through the use of efficient lighting systems and light sources, and energy conserving heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Our principals are active members of the Association of Energy Engineers. Our participation in this organization places us in an advantageous position (to use the implementation of energy conservation projects) using the latest technological advances in the industry during projects, including computerized energy modeling and lighting efficiency analysis
The personnel of GM Consulting Engineers, LLC have extremely broad backgrounds which include commercial and high-rise residential buildings, government office buildings, courthouses, educational facilities, medical facilities, correctional institutions, industrial buildings, military, aerospace, and utility facilities, communications systems, and highway lighting systems.

GM Consulting Engineers, LLC also offers Building Commissioning as part of our services. As Certified Building Commissioning Professionals, we can offer our services as Commissioning Agents to clients interested in a more comprehensive design-construction process. Our expertise in the design of different building systems is an added value to our services as Commissioning Agents.
